PPA Approval

Review and approve incoming Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) to start receiving energy allocations from a Generator.

Steps to Approve or Decline a PPA

  1. Log in to your PATtech account.

  2. From the left navigation menu, click PPA.

  3. View the list of Pending PPA Requests.

  4. Select a PPA request to review its details, including:
    • Generator / Counterparty
    • Generation source (type or asset)
    • Date range
    • Allocation type and amount
  5. If you are satisfied with the details:
    • Click Approve.
  6. If the request is not suitable:
    • Click Decline.

What Happens Next

  1. If approved:
    • The PPA becomes active.
    • Energy allocation from the Generator will begin automatically based on the agreement.
  2. If declined:
    • The PPA request will be rejected.
    • No energy transfer will occur.
  3. Approved PPAs will appear in your active PPA list for ongoing tracking and monitoring.
