Reseller Transfers REGOs to Consumer

Transfer received REGOs from a Generator to the requesting Consumer.

Steps to Transfer REGOs to a Consumer

1. Log in to your PATtech account as a Reseller.

2. Ensure the REGO request has been:
   • Submitted to a Generator
   • Approved and processed by the Generator

3. Once REGOs are received, navigate to REGOs → Requests.

4. Locate the relevant request in the list.

5. Click Transfer under the Action column.

6. Review the transfer details, including:
   • Consumer
   • REGO quantity
   • Allocation details
7. Click Confirm Transfer to complete the process.

What Happens Next

1. REGOs will be transferred to the Consumer.

2. The transaction will be recorded in the system.

3. The Consumer will be able to:
   • View the received REGOs
   • Proceed with REGO retirement
4. The request status will be updated accordingly.

Important Notes

• Transfers can only be performed after REGOs are received from the Generator.
• Ensure all details are correct before confirming the transfer.
• All transfers are recorded and traceable through transaction logs.
