Reseller REGOs to Generator
Forward incoming REGO requests to a Generator for fulfilment.
Steps to Submit a REGO Request to a Generator

Log in to your PATtech account as a Reseller.

When a REGO request is received, a notification will appear on your dashboard.

Click the notification to navigate to the request
OR
Go to REGOs → Requests from the left navigation menu. -
View the list of Pending REGO Requests.

Identify the request you want to process.

Click Submit to Generator under the Action column.

Select the Preferred Generator from the list.

Review the request details.

Click Submit to forward the request.
What Happens Next

The selected Generator will receive the REGO request.
- The Generator can:
- Approve the request and allocate REGOs
- Decline the request
- Once approved by the Generator:
- REGOs will be transferred through the system
- The transaction will be recorded
- You can track the request status under the Requests page.
Important Notes
- Ensure the selected Generator has sufficient REGO availability.
- Preferences (if set by the Consumer) should be considered when selecting a Generator.
- The Reseller acts as an intermediary and does not directly approve REGOs.
